8 days in the holy cities
This is the shape of our group Umrah. Madinah comes first, so you arrive rested and prepared, then you enter Ihram at the Miqat and travel to Makkah for your Umrah.
Itineraries can change because of flight schedules and hotel arrangements. We will share your exact plan before you travel.

Depart the USA
New York (JFK) or your own city
Fly overnight to Madinah. Pilgrims from other cities can join us there.
DAY2
Arrive in Madinah
Madinah
Our team meets you at the airport and takes you to the hotel. Rest, then your first prayer in Masjid an-Nabawi.
DAY3
Masjid an-Nabawi
Madinah
Group visit to the Masjid of the Prophet ﷺ to send salam, and to Jannat al-Baqi. Time for the Rawdah with your Nusuk appointment.
DAY4
Historic Madinah
Madinah
Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Mount Uhud and the martyrs of Uhud, the site of the Battle of the Trench and the Seven Mosques. Back by lunch.
DAY5
Ihram and Umrah
Madinah → Makkah
Put on Ihram and make your intention at the Miqat of Dhul Hulayfah, then travel to Makkah. Check in and perform Umrah together with our team.
DAY6
A day for worship
Makkah
Rest after Umrah, pray in the Haram, perform extra Tawaf, or shop for gifts for your family.
DAY7
Historic Makkah
Makkah
Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Jabal Thawr, the plain of Arafat and Jabal al-Rahmah, Muzdalifah, Mina and Jannat al-Mu’alla. Back by lunch.
DAY8
Farewell
Makkah → home
Farewell Tawaf, breakfast and check-out, then the group transfer to the airport.

How long is a KBM Tours Umrah trip?
Our recent group Umrah trips have been 8 days: 3 nights in Madinah and 4 nights in Makkah, with travel days at each end. The dates for the next group will be announced soon.
Can I join if I am not flying from New York?
Yes. Many of our pilgrims fly from other cities in the USA and Canada, or from abroad. You can book your own flight and meet the group in Madinah, and our team will pick you up from the airport.
Which visa do I need for Umrah?
US and Canadian passport holders can usually apply online for the Saudi eVisa, which allows Umrah outside the Hajj season. Every pilgrim also needs an Umrah permit in the official Nusuk app. We guide you through both, step by step.
Are the hotels close to the Haram?
Yes. In Makkah we stay in hotels near the Haram and in the Clock Tower, and in Madinah a short walk from Masjid an-Nabawi.
What room types do you offer?
Quad (4 per room), triple (3 per room) and double (2 per room). Prices for the next group are announcing soon, and each is per person.
Is the trip suitable for elders, children and first-timers?
Absolutely. Families with young children, parents and grandparents travel with us on every group. Before the trip we hold an online session that walks first-timers through every step of Umrah, and our staff stay with the group throughout.
